Terms of Service – Amoure Jewels

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the website Amoure Jewels (www.amourejewels.com . By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by Amoure Jewels and to every distance contract concluded between Amoure Jewels and the consumer. Before an agreement is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer.

4. The Offer

  • If an offer has a limited validity period or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Images are a true representation of the products, but colors may slightly differ due to screen settings.

  • Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Amoure Jewels.

5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions. Amoure Jewels will immediately confirm receipt of the order electronically.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • The withdrawal period starts the day after the consumer receives the product.

  • During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully. Returns are only accepted in original condition and packaging.

  • The consumer must notify Amoure Jewels of the withdrawal in writing or by email.

7. Costs of Withdrawal

  • The costs of returning products are for the consumer.

  • If the consumer has already paid, Amoure Jewels will refund the amount within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received back or proof of return has been supplied.

8. Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Personalized jewelry (custom names, engravings, etc.)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earrings once the seal is broken)

9. Prices and Payment

  • All prices shown on the website include VAT.

  • Payment must be completed before products are shipped.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure local payment methods.

10. Warranty and Liability

  • Amoure Jewels guarantees that the products meet the agreement and standards of quality and usability.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling of the jewelry is not covered by warranty.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product.

11. Delivery

  • Amoure Jewels takes the greatest care when processing and shipping orders.

  • Delivery time is generally 5–10 days. If delivery is delayed, you will be informed within 30 days.

  • The risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer once the order has been delivered.

12. Complaints

  • Complaints about product quality or delivery must be submitted within 7 days after discovery.

  • We will respond to complaints within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you when you can expect a detailed reply.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

All agreements and disputes between Amoure Jewels and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
